Initial Consultation and Understanding the Idea
Every project starts with coffee. Or rather, a chat over coffee. When else can you better understand the client's needs, goals, and expectations? During these conversations, we try to find out:

• What are the main features and the key value?
Estimating Scope and Budget
Based on the idea, we create a high-level specification and estimate the scope of work, time requirements, and preliminary budget. This gives the client a clear picture of what to expect and how the development can be phased.
This step is crucial for setting priorities – what should be part of the MVP and what can come later.
Wireframing and UX Design
Once the concept is approved, we move on to wireframing – creating low-fidelity mockups of individual screens. The goal is to capture the structure and layout before any visual design or coding begins.
Wireframes are a quick and effective way to validate user flow logic.
MVP Development
After UX approval, we begin developing the first version of the product – the MVP. Our goal is to create a functional product with key features that can be tested on the market as quickly as possible. We work agile – regularly communicating, showing progress, and integrating feedback.
Development includes:
• Frontend (web or mobile app)
• Backend (APIs, databases, authentication)
• Integrations (payments, notifications, external services)
Testing and Launch
Voilà! The MVP is ready! Then comes the testing phase – both internally and with early users. Bugs are discovered, feedback is gathered, and the product is refined accordingly. Once successfully tested, the product is launched to production.
Maintenance and Further Development
The work doesn't end with the launch of the MVP. We continue with system maintenance, fixing bugs, and adding new features based on user needs. At Regulus Team, we often stay on as long-term tech partners.
