App redesign is a topic many companies postpone longer than they should. Often because the product still works, users are familiar with it, and the team feels that a major change could disrupt stability. The problem is that design does not age overnight. It wears down gradually – and by the time companies notice the real issue, they are already losing users, conversions, or competitive advantage.
The question is not whether a redesign will happen one day. The question is when the right time is to start addressing it.
